The AmaSonic Orchestra consists of a group of sound artists from the Denver/Boulder area who present sounds of the Amazon Rainforest using indigenous instruments made by tribal groups (the Yaguas, the Huitotos, etc.) who live alongside the Amazon River.  All of the instruments createsounds that replicate sounds heard in the Amazon Rainforest.  Most of the sounds heard will not be sounds that you are familiar with, as these are unique sounds made with instruments utilizing materials that are available only in the Amazon jungle.

The performers are:
David Clay Bridges
Joanna Bugajska
Sam Charles Cikauskas
Sean Patrick Faling
Mary Horrocks
Jerrie Hurd
William Nicholas Parkhill
