OIT PRINTERS
OIT’s Student Printing and Scanning service provides a wepa (Wireless Everywhere. Print Anywhere) unit for routine black & white and color printing (8.5 x 11″) on the third floor of the Visual Arts Complex (VAC). It is accessible to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.

See OIT’s How to Print with wepa web page for instructions on the following ways to print:

  • Traditional Printing from a Lab or Personal computer: Print from a computer in one of OIT’s computing labs or download the wepa Print app for your computer.
  • Upload documents to wepa using a web browser
  • Access Cloud storage (including Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365 and OneDrive) directly from a wepa kiosk
  • Email the documents you need printed to wepa and get a code to release the prints at a kiosk
  • Upload documents from a mobile device using the wepa app
  • Bring a usb drive to a kiosk

Payment can be made using wepa accounts, Campus Cash (Buff OneCard or Guest Card), credit or debit cards (note that financial institutions charge a service fee per print job using these methods of payment; create a wepa account to avoid these charges). See OIT’s wepa page for details.

Please note that OIT maintains and supports this printer. They are automatically notified when paper or ink is low, or when there is a technical problem. Please contact the IT Service Center for help (303) 735-4357, 5-HELP from an on-campus phone, or help@colorado.edu).

For other OIT printers on campus, including those that can do scanning and produce tabloid prints, see OIT’s Printer & Scanner Locations page.
