SMART CLASSROOMS AVAILABLE FOR RESERVE IN THE VRC (303, 308, 455, and 485)

  • These rooms are equipped and maintained by the VRC.
  • The schedule for rooms 303, 308, 455, and 485 is available in the VRC.
  • Sign-up is self-serve; please reserve in person — 3-hour limit. Be sure to give yourself buffer time before and after your class for set-up and break-down.
  • Always sign up to use these rooms before using them. If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time the room may be used by someone else.
  • These rooms are for image viewing and class meetings only (they are not creative work spaces).

VAC Room 303

  • Seminar room with flexible seating; 4 tables put together make one large seminar table that seats 16 comfortably; maximum 25 people.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD player, and sound.  Ethernet connection and wireless internet.

VAC Room 308

  • Image presentation room with tab-topped desk chairs; maximum 30 people.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD/VCR player, and sound.  Ethernet connection and wireless internet.

VAC Room 455

  • Seminar room; maximum 25 people including instructor, with 13 seated comfortably around the table.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD/VCR player, and sound.  Ethernet connection and wireless internet.

VAC Room 485

  • Image presentation room with tab-topped desk chairs; maximum 25 people.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD player, and sound.  Ethernet connection and wireless internet.

  • Lecture room; maximum 43 people including instructor.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD/VCR player, and sound. Ethernet connection and wireless internet. All equipment supplied and maintained by OIT Classroom Support.
  • Instructors must contact OIT Classroom Support for technical support: Call 303-735-HELP.

VAC 1B90

  • Lecture room; maximum 43 people including instructor.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD/VCR player, and sound. Ethernet connection and wireless internet. All equipment supplied and maintained by OIT Classroom Support.

VAC 1B20

  • Auditorium; maximum 195 people including instructor/speaker.
  • SMART classroom with data projector, DVD/VCR player, and sound. Ethernet connection and wireless internet. All equipment supplied and maintained by OIT Classroom Support.

SUPPORT FOR ALL SMART CLASSROOMS IN THE VISUAL ARTS COMPLEX

Please note that technical classroom support is not the primary job of any of those listed below (with the exception of OIT). Before contacting tech support, see the VRC’s page on Using data projectors in the Visual Arts Complex (includes troubleshooting information). If you are having trouble with a classroom projector and are unable to reach support during your class, consider borrowing a portable projector from the VRC to use temporarily.

Equipment is supplied and maintained by OIT Classroom Support. Important: call 303-735-HELP in advance for keys to equipment cabinets and training in use of the equipment. These rooms include the following lecture halls: Chemistry 142, Benson Earth Sciences 180, Humanities 1B50, and Ramaley C250, Chemistry 140, Duane Physics G1B20, Duane Physics G1B30, Mathematics 100, and Muenzinger E050.
